Just to add some details regarding this sale:

The 24 Kfir fighters provided will all be configured to the latest C10 standard. These are ex-Israeli air force fighters, that will be refurbished prior to their delivery.
These 24 aircraft will join the 9 Kfir C7s that currently make up Colombia's 111th Squadron. Although it has not been announced, it is believed that Columbia's existing Kfir C7s will also be upgraded to the C10 standard as part of this deal.
Although it has not been confirmed, there are reports that this arms deal also includes the provision of IAI Griffin laser-guided bomb kits, and Litening targeting pods from Rafael, together with Python 4 short-range air-to-air missiles and Derby medium-range air-to-air missiles.Reference:
