USAF presence in Israel.

Just wondering. But how much of a presence in Israel is there for USAF? I'm trying to get over there, government paid, but am not sure of how much presence is felt over there on the air bases. All that I've heard of is just TDYs and positions as defense attaches, pretty much officer slots. So just pretty much any information on enlisted slots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Toda.

Other than a few attache's, there is no USAF presence in Israel. There is a small US military presence in the Sinai (as part of the international observers of the Egyptian-Israeli disengagement agreements), and the US Navy will occassionally have ships dock at Haifa harbor - and engage in training exercises with their Israeli counterparts - but no USAF presence.
