Default Ohio Muslim Leader Preaches 'Jew Hatred'

Ohio Muslim Leader Preaches 'Jew Hatred'

Salah Sultan, internationally renowned Islamic hate sheikh from Hilliard, Ohio, was recorded yesterday on Egyptian Al-Nas TV preaching Jew hatred and spewing conspiracy filth. In his interview, Sultan approvingly cites the infamous Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Sultan also warns of the forthcoming descruction and deaths of Americans, vowing that more Americans will be killed than Palestinians in Gaza - and soon!

(Hmmm...what could he possibly be talking about??? And how would he know???)

Wonder what his friends at the Noor Islamic Cultural Center, especially his best friend and mosque president Hany Saqr, think about that? Oh, and did I mention that Sultan used to be the religious director at the Islamic school in Hilliard, Sunrise Academy, and the scholar-in-residence for the Islamic Society of Greater Columbus? They have any thoughts on his comments? And was this what Sultan was preaching while he was touring Columbus-area mosques this month?

Here's the transcript of his interview courtesy of MEMRI:
Al-Nas TV, December 29, 2008

Egyptian cleric Dr. Sallah Sultan: The arch-murderer who commanded the campaign against Jenin in 2003 went to America a few months later and boarded a NASA space shuttle. The space shuttle was launched by NASA, and a few minutes later, it reached Texas, the land of President Bush. Then this space shuttle shattered to pieces, along with the five top American space scientists, and that commander of the Zionist airforce was on board with them. Where exactly did it shatter and fall? By Allah, Sheik Mahmoud, although I was living in America, I didn’t know that there was a city called “Palestine” in America. Sheik Mustafa, the space shuttle fell, of all places, in the city of Palestine, in President Bush’s state of Texas.

[...]

The stone, which is thrown at the Jews, hates these Jews, these Zionists, because Allah foretold, via His Prophet Muhammad, that Judgment Day will not come before the Jew and the Muslim fight. The Jew will hide behind stones and trees, and the stone and the tree will speak, saying: "Oh Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him." The only exception will be the Gharqad tree.

TV host: The Jews know this for sure, that's why they plant Gharqad trees.

Dr. Salah Sultan: The stone's self-awareness is such that it can distinguish Muslims from Jews.

TV host: True, and it will support the Muslims.

[...]

Dr. Salah Sultan: American, which gave [Israel] everything it needed in these battles, will suffer economic stagnation, ruin, destruction, and crime, which will surpass what is happening in Gaza. One of these days, the U.S. will suffer more deaths than all those killed in this third Gaza holocaust. This will happen soon.

[...]

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is an attempt to rule and corrupt the entire world. When the world concentrates on its desires and lusts, the [Jews] will be free to implement their plan of controlling the world.

[...]

I might remind our regular readers of my September 17th post regarding an interview Salah Sultan recently gave to Islamonline, "Ohio Terror Sheikh Salah Sultan: Jews Killed President Kennedy, Advocates Islamic Theocracy for US Elections".

And let's not forget about his comments on Al-Risala TV back in May 2006 (just two weeks after the Columbus Dispatch defended Sultan as a moderate), where he expounds on how the US government was behind 9/11, and praising Osama bin Laden's mentor and designated terrorist, Abdul-Majid Al-Zindani:

Lightbulb Arab American Rallies: 'A Martyr is Beloved'

Arab American Rallies: 'A Martyr is Beloved'

by Hana Levi Julian

(IsraelNN.com) Anti-Israel rallies are heating up in the United States, particularly in locations with a high concentration of Arab Americans.

Michigan
In the southeastern Michigan city of Dearborn, considered the centerpiece of the Arab American community, nearly 1,000 protestors massed in the center of town Monday night. Some 300,000 U.S. citizens of Arab ancestry live in the region.

Waving flags and carrying signs depicting casualties in Gaza, marchers braved wintry temperatures and chanted. "Gaza, Gaza, don't cry, Palestine will never die," and "Israel is a terrorist state." Other marchers shouted in Arabic, "G-d is Great," and "A martyr is beloved of G-d," slogans that are also common to the extremist Islamic Movement in Israel.

One group of protestors bore a mock coffin on their shoulders festooned with photos of dead and wounded children, labeled "Victims of Zionism" and "US Tax Dollars at Work."

The protest was organized by the Congress of Arab American Organizations, which had also scheduled a memorial service for Gaza Arabs who died in the fighting. The service was delayed, however, allegedly because the hall could not fit all the protestors.

"There is disappointment and anger in our community and we need to express it toward the current U.S. administration that has given a blank check to the Israelis," said spokesman Osama Siblani, who also publishes the Arab American News.

The group is also planning other events.

Florida
A Tampa highway was lined with anti-Gaza War demonstrators on Tuesday, waving Palestinian Authority and U.S. flags and shouting slogans into megaphones, according to the Tampa Tribune.

The demonstration was organized through the Facebook Internet social networking website by 19-year-old Jehad Saleh, a University of South Florida student, who claimed "I've had cousins in the Gaza Strip who died. If their voices can't be heard, mine will."

A smaller protest pitted pro and anti-war demonstrators against each other Tuesday evening at an intersection in Ft. Lauderdale.

At least 200 demonstrators were involved in the confrontation, which involved Gaza supporters shouting, "You kill our children!" at pro-Israel supporters. "No! You kill your own children!" they shouted back.

New York
Anti-Israel demonstrators also massed outside the Israeli Consulate in New York City, waving PA flags and chanting "Free Palestine!"

Charges of "punishing an entire population for the actions of a few" were heard from more than one protestor.

Counter-demonstrators at a smaller pro-Israel rally stood vigil across the street, where they were barricaded by police officers. One protestor brandished a sign insisting, "Israel must defend itself."

Meanwhile, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg expressed his support for the rocket-battered Jewish State at a joint news conference with Israeli Consul-General Assaf Shariv.

The Israeli Consul-General showed reporters an exploded rocket that killed an Israeli woman who had been out for a walk to illustrate in a more concrete manner the reason behind the military operation.

"I can only think what would happen in this country if somebody was lobbing missiles onto our shores or across the border," Mayor Bloomberg commented.

California
Pro and anti-war demonstrators rallied on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening as well.

Gaza supporters' signs urged Israel to "End the siege, end the bloodshed." Pro-Israel demonstrators waved signs that read, "Hamas, stop using children as human shields."

Washington, D.C.
Thousands of demonstrators also gathered Tuesday outside the State Department, waving PA flags, wearing black-and-white checkered keffiyas (Arab head scarves) and chanting "Stop the Killing, Stop the War, Stop the Genocide of Palestinians."

The demonstrations, which began during the day with about 200 people, according to an AFP reporter, faded toward late afternoon but revived in the evening following a march to the White House. Protestors carried banners urging the government to "Stop US Aid to Israel" and "Free, Free Palestine."

Among the groups involved in organizing the protest was the National Council of Arabs, according to Mahdi Bray, executive director for the Muslim American Society (MAS) Freedom group, which also participated.

Bray slammed U.S. foreign policy, accusing the Bush administration of having "not been an honest broker." He said, "The Bush administration has been the worst."

"Death to all juice": Calling for genocide with plausible deniability?

http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/024163.php#comments

When I posted this picture Monday of a Muslim in New York holding a sign saying, "Death to All Juice," a lot of people took it as the comical error of an illiterate. Jihad Watch commenter Urban Infidel knew better, and wrote this:
The sign is funny, but he's not kidding.

It's not the work of an illiterate. In fact the sign was probably made by jouseff al-khattab, a member of the Islamic Thinkers Society, or one of his cohorts.

You can see the sign and others at his webpage:
http://www.revolutionmuslim.com/index.php?option=com_morfeoshow&task=view&gallery= 2&Itemid=13

It is his way of calling for genocide without getting busted for hate speech.
Today Pamela has some of the photos from Revolution Muslim, and here is another. Note the caricature of the Jew straight out of Nazi literature, and the reference to the Qur'an's designation of the accursed Jews as apes (2:62-65; 5:59-60; 7:166):

Exclamation Muslims in American mosques praying for destruction of Israel

Muslims in American mosques praying for destruction of Israel

http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/024167.php#comments

I am getting reports from sources inside American mosques that the dua qunoot -- a prayer for the destruction of Allah's enemies -- is being added to the regular prayers in American mosques. The prayer, which concludes, "Undoubtedly, your torment is going to overtake infidels," is being added to every raka'ah, or unit of Islamic prayer (salah). There are, of course, five prescribed prayers per day, and those are comprised of a total of 17 raka'ahs. So 17 times a day, pious Muslims in the United States are praying these days for the destruction of the enemies of Allah -- by which Israel is clearly meant.

The YouTube video features a famous imam, Mishary Rashid Al-Afasy, praying the qunoot prayer earlier this year for Gaza. This video is being sent around Muslim lists.

A Pro-Hamas Demonstration in Columbus, Ohio

LGF reader ciaospirit has video clips from the pro-Hamas, pro-genocide demonstration in Columbus, Ohio, featuring an Ohio State professor who refuses to condemn Hamas, at hourglass1941.

Here’s an astoundingly moronic representative of the “Middle East Peace Forum,” who says Hamas is “a social service organization just like the Jewish Community Federation.”

Pro-Hamas demonstrators in Atlanta march for the annihilation of Israel, justify anti-American terrorism, and equate Israeli Jews with Nazis.
By: Orit T. Sklar

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles...F-112B5B11A692

No one shouted “Go Back to the Oven” at the pro-Hamas rallies held in Atlanta in the last few days, but the sentiment was echoed in the messages their organizers promoted. Islamic fundamentalists spouted their hatred at the gatherings far-Left activists called to protest Israel’s self-defense. The unholy alliance met at the CNN Center January 3rd and at the Israeli consulate the previous Tuesday, where CAIR members and Communists blocked traffic, endorsed the annihilation of Israel, dressed in terrorist garb, extolled those plotting a new Holocaust, and equated Jewish self-defense with Nazi genocide.

The tone should be no surprise considering who organized these events. The organizational force behind both was the Atlanta chapter of the International Action Center (IAC). An e-mail from the IAC indicated that Emory Advocates for Justice in Palestine, Athens for Justice in Palestine, and other “peace and justice organizations” would be involved. On site, I discovered these “peace and justice organizations” included the once-laudable Amnesty International – alongside, the International Socialist Organization and the Revolutionary Communist Party. (The RCP publication Revolution were also represented.)
  • The International Action Center, the main organizer behind the massive “antiwar” demonstrations before the war with Iraq, was founded by Ramsey Clark as a front for the Marxist Workers World Party. IAC is a beehive of radical causes including prosecuting American soldiers for “war crimes” during the Korean War, spreading “the truth” about North Korea, freeing cop-killers Mumia Abu Jamal and Leonard Peltier, and insisting “no one in the world…has a worse human rights record than the United States.”
  • Revolution is the publication of the Revolutionary Communist Party, a Maoist sect founded by Bob Avakian. The RCP maintains an office in Atlanta, and this is hardly the its first collaboration with Muslim extremists; “In the summer of 1983, the organization set up terrorist training camps in Colorado, drawing people from the Iranian Student Association.” The RCP remains dedicated to “the seizure of power right within the U.S. itself…as part of the world proletarian revolution.” The current issue of Revolution features a front page headline screaming, “Stop the Israeli Massacre in Gaza!” (Emphasis in original.) Author Larry Everest accuses Israel of committing a “war crime” and condemns its “despicable display of Nazi-like threat” by dropping pamphlets asking Gaza civilians to evacuate the bombing area.
  • Emory Advocates for Justice in Palestine (EAJP) maintains a website that describes all of Israel, from 1948, as “colonization.” In November, EAJP hosted a lecture by Hassan El-Najjar. In an op-ed for Al Jazeera entitled “Towards a Clear Definition of Terrorism,” the professor cited a number of “terrorist” acts, including “attacks on Muslim mosques after September 11, 2001” – but not 9/11 itself. He added, “It is inaccurate to use the term [terrorism] in describing resistance to foreign invaders and foreign occupation forces, such as the case of Palestinians fighting Israeli occupation forces to liberate themselves from foreign military rule.” In another, he shed more light on his view: “[The] September 11 attacks happened as a reaction to the American foreign policy in the Middle East.” By the first anniversary of 9/11, he brought himself to write that killing civilians during “air attacks” – he still could not call it terrorism – was not justified, “no matter how much the perpetrator was victimized.” Not alone, EAJP brought in a representative of the Palestinian Solidarity Movement two months earlier. Its “Resources” page further radicalizes its members, directing eager readers to the publications Electronic Intifada and Al Jazeera.
  • Athens for Justice in Palestine (AJP) has co-sponsored many of EAJP’s outings, as well as a 2005 speech by Jeff Halper, an American anthropology professor who heads the “Free Gaza Movement,” which attempted to deliver 3.5 tons of “medical supplies” to Hamas-controlled Gaza on December 30. The AJP website features YouTube footage of its members gathered outside the CNN center chanting, “U.S./Israel, you can’t hide; we charge you with genocide!” AJP, too, links to Electronic Intifada, the Palestinian Solidarity Movement, and the radical Indymedia.org.
  • The International Socialist Organization, a Trotskyite organization, calls for “militant workers” to wage a perpetual revolution against the bourgeoisie. It justifies Islamic violence, whether 9/11 hijackers against the United States or Palestinian suicide bombers, writing these innocents were “not born wanting to become suicide bombers. But their lifetimes of humiliation…made them open to terrorism as a means to avenge their oppression.”
The rhetoric of these protesters was predictably egregious. The most clearly genocidal message at Saturday’s soiree extolled Hitler’s nearest successor: Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. One Muslim man displayed a poster with a picture of Iranian President Ahmadinejad below the message, “I heart A-JAD.” Ahmadinejad, who denies the first Holocaust occurred, has called for Israel to be wiped off the map, and his drive for nuclear weapons is the most dangerous existential threat Israel faces – a threat these supporters of Hamas would love to hasten. The protester would not allow me to photograph him or the sign. However, when a man who identified himself as Iranian gave him a high-five and said he thought the sign was awesome asked to take a picture, I was able to get my own picture alongside this Ahmadinejad fan.

Even as some deny the Holocaust, they equate modern Israeli Jews with their victimizers, a staple of anti-Semites worldwide. One young boy held a sign condemning, “Israhell: The New Nazis.” Several demonstrators held signs with such messages as, “Stop the U.S. Sponsored Holocaust in Gaza.” A Muslim woman dressed in a chador called Operation Cast Lead “Holocast [sic.] in Gaza.” Like the male protester, at first she refused to have her picture taken. She later agreed, as long as her face was covered by the sign. Was her reticence a sign of embarrassment over her extremist message, or Islamic hatred of female flesh, especially the face?

The crowd demonstrated outside CNN headquarters for more an hour before taking its protest into the street. In addition to the “genocide” chant, protesters sang such pithy slogans as:
  • “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”;
  • “Gaza, Gaza don't you cry, in our hearts, you'll never die”; and
  • “Not a penny, not a dime, Israel out of Palestine”
As if to counter the ISO’s thesis that Palestinians were not born with the hope of becoming terrorists, many protesters brought along their children, some dressed in Palestinian terrorist gear. Many youngsters could be seen chanting and waving signs and Palestinian flags alongside their family and friends, with protesters of all ages wearing the keffiyeh. One young boy, clad in keffiyeh, waved a Palestinian flag, while the man next to him paraded baby dolls splattered with imitation blood. (How child-friendly.) Others used their own children as examples of the civilians Israel is supposedly targeting – a claim even Palestinian television cannot support. A young girl presented herself as an Israeli target, holding a sign saying, “I am not a terrorist.”

Protesters placed two coffins draped in Palestinian flags along with a white sheet wrapped around a “body” on the street in front of a huge banner reading, “Remember the Children of the Occupation.” The sheet had a red target symbol over an image of a young girl in a dress releasing a balloon in the shape of a heart.

IAC, et. al., chose the CNN location in hopes of generating media coverage, and in this it succeeded; however, the radicals hope to have a far more mainstream impact. An e-mail from the Atlanta IAC encouraged everyone to “Register your outrage with elected officials and mainstream media.” To reinforce this campaign, call sheets were handed out during the protest listing local and national media outlets, politicians, and the Israeli consulate.

In addition to Ahmadinejad, protesters showed love for another political figure: President-elect Barack Obama. The campaign to end “the Israeli Occupation” handed out postcards with the iconic picture of Obama and the slogan, “Yes, we can,” with the added plea, “End U.S. military aid to Israel.” These postcards featured a pre-typed message, alleging that U.S. money is being used to “enforce its [Israel’s] illegal military occupation of and commit human rights abuses in the Palestinian West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza Strip.”

Divestment of Israel was a popular theme. A young man wearing an Obama t-shirt and Obama embroidered pullover held a sign that said, “Stop dropping U.S. Bombs! 71% of Americans Oppose Intervention.”

They reached at least a few government workers during the protest. Some bus drivers of MARTA – Atlanta’s public transportation system – honked in support of their cause, as demonstrators held up “Honk for Gaza” signs.

There was not one condemnation of Hamas in the course of the rally. However, the protesters regularly pilloried CNN. There were signs saying, “CNN – Tell the truth, bombing Gaza is a crime.” Individual demonstrators screamed, “Screw you Andersen Cooper!” and “Screw you Wolf Blitzer!” (Wolf Blitzer, a Jew, wrote a book on the Jonathan Pollard spy scandal, Territory of Lies. The New York Times described his depiction of Israeli government officials as “harsh.”) The irony that they were protesting the most pro-Palestinian broadcast outlet since Peter Jennings’ death was lost of them.

A similar tone held sway at the December 30th rally in front of the Consulate General of Israel. Again, the protest was arranged by the Atlanta branch of the International Action Center. They had a permit from 4:00-5:30 p.m. to demonstrate in front of the Israeli consulate which is in midtown Atlanta. Car traffic was heavy the entire time, and there was a constant flow of people into the demonstration. Women were coming with their young children in strollers and older people wrapped in keffiyehs came and set up chairs.

Representatives from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) were on hand, as were Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at Georgia Tech and Emory Advocates for Justice in Palestine. CAIR has a lengthy history of association with terrorists, and the Georgia Tech branch of SJP directs its readers to Electronic Intifada, the Palestinian Solidarity Movement, and recommends books written by Edward Said and Rashid Khalidi. At 5:30 p.m. on December 20, police announced the mob must leave the premises, so its members marched into the street – walking against the flow of traffic – shutting down the street entirely, and establishing themselves about a quarter-mile away.

It is important to recognize that Saturday’s rally was not a singular event or an isolated incident, but rather part of a sustained and calculated effort on their behalf to influence government policy and public opinion. Many of these people feel empowered with the recent election of Obama and show no signs of backing down, but rather of intensifying their efforts. Similar protests have occurred around the world, but the extreme anti-Israel, anti-Jewish, and anti-American sentiments being expressed in the U.S. to this degree are alarming. These enemies of Israel – and America – are making their message and ultimate goal clear in their vitriolic preaching and advocating of death and destruction. Their actions must serve as a wake-up call and motivate us in our current support for Israel and the United States.

One of the RCP protesters held a sign demanding, “Stop Thinking Like Americans!”

The protesters have long since put that into practice. They clearly think like our enemies.

Click to View Video>UN Halts Gaza Aid Shipments, Cites Israeli Attacks

"The Jews have always lived as minorities..." As long as they know their place and accept dhimmi status, everything will be fine. But a state? Oh, no, they can't have a state. As the Pakistani Islamic leader Syed Abul Ala Maududi once put it, non-Muslims have "absolutely no right to seize the reins of power in any part of God’s earth nor to direct the collective affairs of human beings according to their own misconceived doctrines." If they do, "the believers would be under an obligation to do their utmost to dislodge them from political power and to make them live in subservience to the Islamic way of life."

The unsinkable Debbie Schlussel reports on the Detroit pro-jihad rally. "Thanks DPD, For Saving My Life (Just Got Back From The HAMAS/Hezbollah Rally)":
I just got back from the pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah rally the Muslims held (and our much smaller counter-rally) at the McNamara Federal Building in Detroit. A lot of very violent, anti-Semitic slogans were shouted, some of which I think I caught on video (am new to this). Will try to edit and put up later.

But for now, please note that once they discovered who I was--which they didn't detect for hours--the Muslims were surrounding me, wouldn't leave me alone. They also got an Egyptian Detroit Police officer to ask me to stop filming them on public property. So much for my civil rights, which the National Lawyers Guild attorneys there to "monitor the rights of Muslim-Americans" didn't seem to care about "monitoring."

The Muslim HAMAS supporters were deliberately bumping and trying to trip me, then telling police I touched them. They became more and more enraged when I wouldn't engage them and answer their questions. I feared for my life. So did the Detroit Police Department who had to escort me back to my car, so I could get away safely. One of the two gentleman DPD officers told me he feared for my safety. Many thanks to these chivalrous officers.

"Religion of Peace," indeed.

Default Los Angeles pro-jihad rally: "Long live Hitler," "Put Jews in ovens"

Los Angeles pro-jihad rally: "Long live Hitler," "Put Jews in ovens"

Watch starting at 4:30 as young Muslim demonstrators shout praise of Hitler and call for Jews to be used as "fossil fuel," while other demonstrators nearby laugh.

In Los Angeles, California, in the United States of America, on January 6, 2009 (thanks to Islam In Action and all others who sent this in).

Consider also for a moment that the young Muslims shouting these things in this video would probably be the first to profess indignation at the suggestion that their religion had anything whatsoever to do with the motives and goals of the 9/11 attackers, and would accuse anyone who said that it did of "Islamophobia." I've often encountered such people on college campuses.

Lightbulb Muslim Krystallnacht Chicago 2008: Reader David's Synagogue (and 4 Others!) Attacked

Muslim Krystallnacht Chicago 2008: Reader David's Synagogue (and 4 Others!) Attacked (Obviously by Muslims)

By Debbie Schlussel

I've repeatedly warned about this. It's not just the Muslims overseas. It's the Muslims in America. They are no different, no less extreme, no more "moderate" than Muslims anywhere else.

Recently, I told you about a Molotov cocktail thrown at a Chicago synagogue and destruction at a Lubavitch synagogue in North Carolina. Now, reader David writes about how, Saturday--the Jewish Sabbath (also called "Shabbos" or "Shabbat"), he walked to synagogue on the way to a special celebration he and his family planned. But they arrived to yellow tape around their vandalized synagogue, complete with anti-Semitic slogans:
Debbie: I don't know what happen in other cities, but let me tell you what happened in Chicago early this Shabbos morning.

My father in law passed away a little over a year ago. His name was Morton Pliskin and he was the Chazan [DS: cantor] of a Traditional Synagogue named Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation in Lincolnwood Illinois (a suburb of Chicago, near Skokie).
"Religion of Peace" Vandalizes Lincolnwood Synagogue Near ChicagoWith "Death to Israel; Free Palestine" Graffiti, Broken Windows
To commemerate the long years of service my father in had to the synagogue, my family dedicated the chair he used to sit in and sponsored the kiddush [DS: a Jewish reception blessing wine (and usually featuring food)].

When we walked to synagogue this morning, we saw yellow crime scene tape around the front steps. On the wall near the door was painted "Death to Israel long live Palestine". Also, the glass on the front doors was taped. It seems that bricks were used to smash the windows. We are not certain, but we believe an there were plans to enter the synagogue and to destroy everything inside.

There is a couple that lives in the synagogue. In return for a free place to live (I am sure they receive a salary and other expenses but I don't know the entire agreement), they serve as caretakers for the building and help set up for special events. The husband is also kind enough that whenever it snows he takes care of making sure my Mother-in-Law's sidewalks and driveway are clean.

The wife heard a noise and woke up. She saw the two perpetrators. They immediately ran away. Unfortunately she cannot identify them because these "heroes of Islam" were wearing ski masks.

The police told us other (I believe 4 but I do not remember) Synagogues in Chicago were also hit.
Something struck me in synagogue today when I was thinking about what happened. Something that myself and I am sure everyone else takes for granted. I was wondering how many mosques in Chicago (or anywhere else) were hit last night.

Sincerely,
David Makowsky
Of course, David is being facetious with that last comment. We Jews--and Christians--don't attack their mosques. We put the "civilized" in civilization. They take it away and replace it with their own special Greater Barbaria they've put in place around the world.
More (thanks to reader Eu Wei for the tip):
Vandals spray-painted the words "Death to Israel" on two synagogues and a Jewish school early Saturday in three separate incidents police say could be linked and are being investigated as hate crimes.

In each case, the vandals - at times donning masks - used orange-colored paint, also shattering glass windows with bricks and rocks at two of the buildings.
That Was Then . . .
This Is Now . . .
A witness and security cameras identified the perpetrators as two men.

Moshe Perlstein, rabbi at Lubavitch Mesivta of Chicago, said cameras captured video of the men damaging his rabbinical school at 2756 W. Morse starting at around 4:40 a.m. The footage shows one man spray-painting the side of the building while the other ran around to the front and threw rocks at the front door, breaking a glass window, he said. The video has been turned over to police.

Similar graffiti was found at Anshe Motele Congregation, 6526 N. California, rabbi Alan Abramson said.

Lincolnwood police said vandals also scrawled "Death to Israel" and "Free Palestine" on the outside walls of Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation, 7117 N. Crawford. Mitchell Sandler, past president of the congregation, said they threw at least two bricks at the front doors, damaging four windows.

Lincolnwood Police Lt. Mark Brines said police were notified at 6:10 a.m. that a caretaker in the building heard a brick crash through a window at the temple. The caretaker saw "two unknown males running from the scene," Brines said.

Because all three buildings were used by orthodox Jews, Sandler said it appeared the men were targeting more devout Jews.

"This was a cowardly act in the middle of the night," Sandler said. "Obviously there is dismay because of what's been happening in the Middle East."

Local Jewish leaders were alarmed by what they see as a "rash" of incidents targeting Jews.

"It's disturbing," said Jay Tcath, senior vice president of the Chicago Jewish Federation.

The incidents come a little more than a week after Ida Crown Jewish Academy, at 2828 W. Pratt, received a mailed bomb threat that also made reference to other Chicago-area Jewish institutions and day schools, said Jay Tcath, senior vice president of the Chicago Jewish Federation.
My sister went to and is a graduate of Ida Crown Jewish Academy, so this hits close to home. What also irks me is the phony Jay Tcath. Jay Tcath is part of the problem. He was bought off by Islamic-owned, terrorism-supporting Caribou Coffee (which boycotts Israel and is anti-Semitic), after they donated thousands to his organization and told Jews to go patronize this bloody coffee chain. Note that he doesn't chastise the perpetrators of these attacks: Muslims. It's quite clear that no Samoans or Wiccans are spending their late Friday nights doing this and risking losing their freedoms. It's obvious who did this.
And police said they are investigating as a hate crime a Dec. 29 incident in which a man hurled a Molotov cocktail at Temple Sholom of Chicago, 3480 N. Lake Shore Dr., after making "derogatory comments" to a passerby.

The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force has been notified, police said.

No arrests have been made.
Don't look for Famous But Incompetent's do-nothing Joint Terrorism Task Force to do anything. It's like hiring Arthur Andersen and Inspector Clouseau to do your investigation.

Like I said, we need not look at Europe. Islam's violence is here. Barbarians inside the gate.

We see the new SS, and instead of a swastika and stormtrooper boots, they wear a crescent on their sleeve.

Pamela Geller/Atlas Shrugs has more pics of the vandalism.
***
By the way, I blame the federal government and the unelected "leadership" of the Jewish Community for helping this Muslim vandalism along the way. Especially post 9-11, the feds empowered extremist Muslims and, for example, have yet to prosecute Muslim hate crimes against Jews, like this set of Holocaust-denial Muslim rape, torture, and death threats against me by Dearbornistan Heights, Michigan Muslim Lola Elzein.

The Jewish Federations and Jewish Community Relations Councils, of which Jay Tcath is a big part, constantly pander to these extremist Muslims and won't denounce them. They didn't do a damned thing about the death threats against me and continued to applaud the "moderate" Islamic community around us. In the 1940s, they'd have been doing the same with the German American Bund.

In Detroit, David Gad-Harf a/k/a "Abu Gad-Harf" as head of the Jewish Community Council, now with a New Jersey Jewish Federation, worked with Muslims to make immigration laws more lenient toward Muslims. Now, we are reaping the rewards of that absurdity.

Exclamation Genocidal Jew-hating jihadist Sheikh has a friend in...Ohio!

Genocidal Jew-hating jihadist Sheikh has a friend in...Ohio!
Earlier today we saw Sheikh Qaradawi expressing these pious sentiments:
Oh Allah, take this oppressive, Jewish, Zionist band of people. Oh Allah, do not spare a single one of them. Oh Allah, count their numbers, and kill them, down to the very last one.

As it turns out, this charming fellow has friends stateside. The photo above comes courtesy Patrick Poole of Central Ohioans Against Terrorism, who explains:

http://ohioagainstterror.blogspot.co...-jews-his.html
Yes, that's our local terror sheikh, Hilliard resident Salah Sultan (right) hamming it up with Qaradawi (center) and Lebanese Muslim Brotherhood leader Faisal al-Malawi (left). Sultan serves on the board for two of Qaradawi's organizations along with al-Malawi, the International Association of Muslim Scholars and the European Council for Fatwa and Research. I should note that Qaradawi and Malawi are both banned from the US for their open support of HAMAS and other terrorist organizations, as well as for issuing fatwas allowing for suicide bombings against civilians. Sultan is also a member of the Fiqh Council of North America, which bills itself as the top Islamic ruling body in the US.
Now of course, there are photos and there are photos. A few times I have posted, mostly for its gag (in all senses of the word) value, an old picture of me with Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter in 1984. One time that I did I received an email accusing me of sympathy with Carter's absurd and evil views -- on the basis of this picture alone. Well, folks, I got news for you: it is possible to be photographed with someone without agreeing with all his positions. A few months ago I found myself, quite by chance, in the same room with Pat Buchanan; we were introduced, shook hands, and exchanged pleasantries, and if anyone had snapped a photo, the Grand Imperial Lizard and his lidless-eyed sharpies would be lustily accusing me of agreeing with him, or even making "plans and alliances" with him, despite the fact that I find Buchanan's views on Israel and many other issues to be abhorrent.

So: does the fact that an Ohio imam gets his picture taken with Qaradawi mean that he agrees with the celebrated "reformist's" Jew-hatred and thirst for genocide? Not in itself. But then there is the inconvenient fact that, as Poole notes, "Sultan appeared on Egyptian Al-Nas TV just two weeks ago (which we reported here) preaching Jew hatred and predicting death and destruction for America." And Poole has much, much more on Sultan at his site.

I am concerned not only about Salah Sultan, but about those in his mosque, whom he is teaching and forming in the ways of Islam. Is anyone paying attention to them? Does anyone care at all about Salah Sultan and his pious flock -- enough to watch them as closely as is warranted?

Exclamation Radical Islamic Networks in America

Radical Islamic Networks in America
And what the Obama administration has to do about them.
By: Jamie Glazov

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles...E-3F9C64E0D3BE

Frontpage Interview’s guest today is Ryan Mauro, the founder of WorldThreats.com. He is currently a national security researcher for the Christian Action Network and a researcher for the Reform Party of Syria. A frequent guest on radio and TV programs, he is the author of Death to America: The Unreported Battle of Iraq. He can be contacted at TDCAnalyst@aol.com.

FP: Ryan Mauro, welcome to Frontpage Interview.

Mauro: Thank you.

FP: I’d like to talk to you today aboutradical Islamic networks that exist in the U.S. Tell us about them.

Mauro: Many Americans seem to think the War on Terror is a synonym for “War on Al-Qaeda,” but Al-Qaeda is just one small, dying portion of the entire radical Islamic movement that seeks to enslave the Muslim community to its ideology and attack the United States. Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and virtually every terrorist organization has its roots in the Muslim Brotherhood, which can be said to be the “mother” that gave birth to today’s terrorists.

FP: Tell us about the Muslim Brotherhood and how it mothered terrorist groups in the U.S.

Mauro: The group is radical Islamic in nature and has worldwide goals, as repeatedly stated in its internal documents. It worked with the Nazis during World War Two.

Armed with Saudi oil money, the group began creating a vast array of front organizations in the United States in the 1960s. Members of these groups then formed other ones, usually managed by the same individuals, creating an impressive infrastructure of interlocked groups that work as one—all funded by the Saudis, all refusing to condemn Hamas and Hezbollah by name, and all closely following the plan of the Muslim Brotherhood. They condemn “extremism,” “oppression,” and “terrorism” to try to appear moderate, artfully using terms that are rendered meaningless by their vagueness.

Unfortunately, many Americans seem to think all extremists are as straight-forward in their rhetoric and objectives as Al-Qaeda, when in reality, Al-Qaeda is the exception, not the rule. These groups falsely portray themselves as the representatives of the Muslim community, having used their Saudi funding and international connections to become prominent and the people that news organizations go to for commentary on current events. They use the freedoms available in the West to organize, fund, and do all the extremist activity they can short of actually committing violence inside the U.S., although sometimes members of this group are found participating in that as well.

One other network that deserves to be mentioned is that of Jamaat al-Fuqra. This is a Pakistan-based terrorist group run by Sheikh Mubarak Gilani, a blatantly anti-Semitic extremist who does us the favor of not hiding his true colors. In 1979, he began creating large compounds in the U.S., using the front group he established called “The Muslims of America.” It’s uncontestable that this is a front—one compound at Red House, Virginia even named a street after Sheikh Gilani, and a video obtained by the Christian Action Network shows Gilani personally engaged in terrorist training, where he instructs those interested in receiving training to contact his group through the various compounds he made in the U.S. Although a number of members of this group have committed terrorism or other criminal acts, it is still not listed as a terrorist group.

The Christian Action Network is releasing a new documentary about this group called “Homegrown Jihad: Terrorist Camps Around U.S.,” which can be pre-ordered at ChristianAction.org. The film is premiering on February 11 at Landmark Theater in Washington DC at 7:30 PM, and it is free to attend.

FP: Tell us about more groups and if thefederal government is aware of them.

Mauro: Well, the government should be aware of them, since several of them have been consulted by various government agencies and sometimes have been used for “sensitivity training” of FBI personnel and law enforcement. But let me first state that not all members of the following groups are extremists, but it is clear the leadership is not moderate, and the groups were founded by, and part of, Muslim Brotherhood.

Luckily, the Holy Land Foundation case proves the government is aware of this group’s links to the Muslim Brotherhood and helps us to identify many of them, although there are too many to name and discuss here. The Holy Land Foundation was shut down by the government for financing Hamas, and its officials have been found guilty. Using the foundation’s own documents, the government showed that HLF was set up by the Muslim Brotherhood as part of a “Palestine Committee” to support Hamas and to spread awareness about what they called “the savagery of the Jews.” The memo said that among the members of the Palestine Committee were the heads of the Islamic Association of Palestine, a group that was shut down for supporting Hamas. Top officials from IAP also founded the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The FBI wiretapped a meeting of Hamas members and supporters in Philadelphia in 1993 where two of the future founders of CAIR discussed how to disguise their agenda by sounding moderate and non-threatening. They said they needed to form a new political activist group, and CAIR was born the following year. From this information, and a lot more, the federal government listed CAIR and the Islamic Society of North America as “unindicted co-conspirators” in the terrorism financing trial, a label which they are currently contesting.

The government has confirmed that the Muslim American Society was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States” and it is the one most obviously connected to the group. Their Executive-Director, Mahdi Bray, visited Egypt in February 2008 to express his support for Muslim Brotherhood. Bray also once was the political director for the Muslim Public Affairs Council.

The government, FBI memos and internal Muslim Brotherhood documents have specifically identified the International Institute for Islamic Thought, Muslim Students Association, Islamic Circle of North America, Islamic Society of North America, Muslim Students Association, and North American Islamic Trust as Muslim Brotherhood groups, among many others.

It is worthy to note that these groups have not been kind to their moderate Muslim competitors who more accurately represent America’s Muslims. Several CAIR officials have been served with a summons by counter-terrorism expert Dave Gaubatz and his associates due to allegations from clients, including Muslims, that the organization had engaged in fraud and racketeering. CAIR has also rallied against anti-extremist conferences organized by the Free Muslims Coalition and American-Islamic Congress, for example. No wonder CAIR has lost 90% of its membership since 2001.

If people want more information on these groups or the Muslim Brotherhood in general, I have an archive on my website, WorldThreats.com. They can click on “Muslim Brotherhood” on the left or use the search box to look up more specific information, where I document the group’s activities inside the U.S. and internationally. The Investigative Project on Terrorism has an extremely exhaustive database on the networks in the U.S. as well that I highly recommend.

FP: How extensive has the Saudi and Muslim Brotherhood effort in the U.S. been?

Mauro: It’s so large and impressive that any attempt to accurately describe it sounds like conspiracy theory or alarmist propaganda, but there is overwhelming documentation of these networks. Government officials frequently meet with members of Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups, and the influence these groups have is incredible, with the case of Stephen Coughlin being a perfect example. Coughlin, a Pentagon analyst and expert on these networks, warned against the government’s embrace of these groups. Coughlin’s contract was not renewed shortly after he voiced his concerns, provoking the wrath of Hesham Islam, a special assistant to Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England , who was affiliated with the Islamic Circle of North America and helped develop a relationship between the Pentagon and the group.

Mr. Islam, it should be mentioned, had high security clearances and reportedly sat in on top-secret meetings at the Pentagon. He left the Pentagon after a report surfaced that he was putting together meetings with members of the Syrian branch of Muslim Brotherhood and suspicions were raised about the accuracy of his biography.

Another story should be mentioned. Abdul-Rahman al-Amoudi, who now sits in jail for doing illegal business with Libya where he met with officials involved in a terrorist plot, had met with Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush and many senior government officials. For the most part, he was able to pass himself off as a moderate, except for his public outburst declaring support for Hamas and Hezbollah. Unfortunately, by the time he ended up in jail he had already helped set up the Muslim chaplain program for the Pentagon, as well as the Muslim chaplain program for our prisons. Several groups part of the Muslim Brotherhood and/or funded by Saudi Arabia were involved in these programs. It should come as no surprise that several investigators have discovered a large amount of extremist literature in prison libraries, and that many of the members of the Jamaat al-Fuqra compounds in America have criminal records.

The Saudis also finance and control many Islamic institutions in the U.S. Some studies have indicated that up to 80% of mosques in the U.S. are funded by the Saudis and possess extremist literature, and many of the imams have been trained in Saudi Arabia. Of course, this doesn’t mean that 80% of Muslims in the U.S. are extremist—the actual percentage of American Muslims following Wahhabism or some extremist form of Islam is small, and Muslims have often been the ones to provide information on extremist activity. Even so, we cannot deny the depth of Saudi influence in the Islamic infrastructure of America, which was achieved through spending a tremendous amount of their money from oil sales.

The Saudis have spent at least $80 billion, probably more, promoting Wahhabism and radical Islam around the world. One Saudi paper in 2002, seven years ago, said that the Saudis had funded and/or built over 1500 mosques and 210 Islamic centers in “the non-Islamic world.” The effort is staggering, and with that type of money being put behind it, it shouldn’t be shocking that Saudi-backed groups in the U.S. are stealing the microphone from moderate groups like the Islamic Supreme Council of America, the Free Muslim Coalition, the American-Islamic Forum for Democracy, and the American-Islamic Congress—all of whom have been verbally attacked by Muslim Brotherhood’s affiliates.

FP: So why do wekeep hearing that the Saudis are our allies and that they are fighting Al-Qaeda? How do you respond to that?

Mauro: Again, this comes from the narrow definition of what an ally is. Being an ally against terrorism is more than fighting Al-Qaeda. The majority of terrorists continue to be Saudis. The vast majority of terrorist fronts, especially in the U.S., are Saudi-funded. The vast majority of extremist literature and preaching comes from Saudi Arabia. This isn’t a coincidence. And they can not be trusted to change their ways—after repeated promises to reform their education system, the Hudson Institute found that Saudi textbooks had not been cleansed of extremism in a report titled “2008 Update: Saudi Arabia’s Curriculum of Intolerance.” The Saudis were previously caught lying about their reforms in 2006 by Freedom House, and even after being caught the first time, they continued to lie.

Keep in mind, the only reason Saudi Arabia is fighting Al-Qaeda within its borders is because the terrorist group began actively targeting the Royal Family in 2003. Prior to that, very few observers would say Saudi Arabia was a partner in fighting the group. By promoting radical Islam, though, the Saudis still create the pool from which Al-Qaeda recruits come from, and again, Al-Qaeda is just one small part of the enemy. Look at the Mumbai attacks. One of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s schools was funded by the Saudis, and that’s almost certainly the tip of the iceberg.

The lengths to which some people go to buy the line that the Saudis are a true ally boggles my mind. I gave a presentation on this topic at a community college recently, where one individual sought to correct me by noting the Saudis’ efforts to “rehabilitate” jailed terrorists into peace-loving citizens. Obviously, he did not piece together that the Saudi imams involved are going to be Wahhabist since that’s the official religion of the country, so how “moderate” are the prisoners when they come out of this process?

FP: So what are theSaudis’ objectives and what is the U.S. doing about it?

Mauro: The Wahhabists and Royal Family are joined at the hip, and in some ways, have fused together. Much of the Royal Family is Wahhabist or at least sympathetic to radical Islam. Keep in mind, the two forces joined together in a tight alliance long ago in order to conquer rival tribes and establish the modern state of Saudi Arabia. Although the Royal Family’s lifestyle is often criticized for its immorality, the Wahhabists pretty much control the religious establishment and aren’t going to jeopardize that by taking on the government. Wahhabism is the state religion of Saudi Arabia and as such, Saudi assistance to Islamic networks is done with the goal of promoting that ideology and organizations friendly to their worldview.

The Saudi Royal Family doesn’t only do this because of their partnership with the Wahhabists. Their promotion of radical Islam creates a dependency upon Saudi Arabia by such forces; forces which would otherwise try to overthrow the Royal Family with everything they had. In addition, promoting extremism internally allows for the typical scapegoats, the Jews, the Americans, etc., to be blamed for all of the country’s societal ills and the Royal Family’s failure at governance. Virtually any domestic problem is attributed to the corrupting influence of the U.S. and/or Israel, thereby debunking the notion that extremism is a response to Western aggression—our very immoral way of existence, which in their view causes our sin to spread among Muslims like a plague, is what they want to get rid of, not just our foreign policy. It can be argued that U.S. foreign policy has provoked anti-Americanism, but we must not confuse anger at America with the extremist religious and political ideology our enemy possesses.

There are several reasons the U.S. isn’t taking on the Saudis. The most obvious one is oil, as the U.S. is so dependent upon the Saudis for its economic well-being. The U.S. also fears that should the Royal Family fall, even more extremist forces will come to power. Finally, a staggering amount of people working in government, whether it’s in Congress, the Intelligence Community, State Department, or whatever, have received or will receive some sort of money from the Saudis. Maybe they’ll join a company that does extensive business with the Royal Family, or they’ll join a lobbying firm funded by the Saudis.

Prince Bandar, the former Saudi ambassador to the U.S., once said “If the reputation then builds that the Saudis take care of friends when they leave office, you’d be surprised how much better friends you have coming into office.” Former CIA case officer Bob Baer describes the system as a retirement plan for government officials. Some may work with the Saudis genuinely seeing them as a good partner, but there can be little doubt that the prospect of getting rich is luring people into the Saudis’ arms.

I feel I must also mention that there is a pervasive tendency among some academics and government personnel to view instability as always being a bad thing. It makes sense. Pushing for change can result in unintended consequences, and promoting democracy can be messy. Many favor the predictable, simple policy of coddling tyrannical people rather than trusting the Arab people, who in their opinion simply don’t have values that treasure freedom, human rights, and democracy. I disagree. I see subtle beneath-the-surface signs of a movement for women’s rights and liberalization, and I think we need to try to strengthen this force, so that one day we can stop choosing between embracing the Royal Family or taking them on and risking an even more extreme takeover of this critical country.

FP: Your recommendation for the incoming Obama administration in terms of how to tackle these networks?

Mauro: The first thing the Obama administration can do is outlaw donations from Saudi Arabia by passing legislation that bans the funding of non-profit groups from countries without religious freedom. If the Saudi funding dries up, watch these Muslim Brotherhood affiliates reduce and ultimately collapse, and watch moderate Muslim groups rise up. As goes Saudi funding, so goes Muslim Brotherhood.

The second piece of legislation I’d suggest passing is banning government agencies from working with groups labeled as unindicted co-conspirators. Several of the top Muslim Brotherhood groups have been given such a label as part of the federal government’s case against the Holy Land Foundation, which was found guilty of covertly financing Hamas. Some of the most prominent groups, like the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the Islamic Society of North America, and the North American Islamic Trust were given that title. With such legislation, those groups’ involvement with the FBI, law enforcement, State Department, or any other part of the government, would end. And the government could then work with organizations like the American-Islamic Congress or American-Islamic Forum on Democracy which truly represent the Muslim community, and help elevate them.

And of course, we need to try to build a legal case to add Jamaat al-Fuqra to the list of the State Department’s terrorist organizations so we can get rid of these compounds in America The tape of Gilani specifically saying the compounds were meant to train Muslims in tactics of warfare clearly indicates their original purpose, even if some argue they aren’t engaged in terrorism on American soil any more like they did in the 1980s. They are, at the very least, radical Islamic compounds whose members often engage in large amounts of criminal activity. We need to look at legal options to either shut them down or make it as difficult as possible for them to operate.

As for Saudi Arabia, the U.S. needs to pressure the country to liberalize and break the extremist information blockade. It’s time to allow for freedom of press and religion in that country to allow for democratic, tolerant alternatives to grow rather than be silenced and marginalized. The U.S. also must, simply must, end its dependence upon foreign oil. Look around the world: Venezuela, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia — their power directly correlates to oil sales. Oil independence isn’t only an economic imperative, it’s a strategic imperative. Oil independence is the game-changer not just in the War on Terror, but in shaping America’s future. It will dramatically help our economy at a time when we really need it, and simultaneously strengthens America and weakens every single one of our adversaries. After World War Two, it was the atomic bomb that made us dominant. Today, it is energy independence.

FP: Ryan Mauro, thank you for joining Frontpage Interview.

Mauro: Thank you Jamie.

Texas Imam Urges US Muslims to Join the Jihad

U.S.-based Imam Urges Muslims to Join the Gaza Battlefield

Steve Emerson

A North Texas imam is calling on Muslims to take up arms in defense of Palestinians in Gaza. Sheikh Mohamed El-Moctar El-Shinqiti, director of the Islamic Center of South Plains in Lubbock, Texas, participated in an online chat, "Fatwas on Gaza,"at the web site IslamOnline.net.
El-Shinqiti encouraged readers to fight – or if they can't, to send money to those who are fighting – in response to six out of the eight questions posed to him in the online chat. When asked what can be done to help the people in Gaza, El-Shinqiti emphasized war over sending food or medicine or other supplies that might directly help people:

"For Muslims who have access to the battlefield, their duty is to join the resistance to defend the oppressed. For those who don't have access to the battlefield, their duty is to use all possible ways of lending support for the oppressed such as donation, the media, communication and first and foremost du'a'."

Taking El-Shinqiti's advice would mean joining forces with Hamas, a designated terrorist organization. Israel's incursion into Gaza is in its third week, prompted by a new wave of rockets sent by Hamas into Israeli cities. The fighting has left more than 900 Palestinians dead – most of them Hamas fighters – yet Hamas continues to fire rockets at Israeli towns.

U.S. law prohibits providing material support to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization. Last November, five men who worked with a Dallas-area charity were convicted on 108 counts of illegally supporting Hamas.

While El-Shinqiti's speech is well within First Amendment protections, said Bob Blitzer, who served as the FBI's domestic terrorism chief in the 1990s, the line is crossed when the suggestions advance into providing instructions on how to join the fight or whom to contact.

El-Shinqiti never mentioned Hamas by name.

But in response to a reader's question, he said Hamas "resistance" was not the problem:

"The oppression of the Palestinian people did not start today. It started six decades ago. And if we suppose that the resistance stops now, the oppression will continue, in the form of an ugly occupation and starving siege.

What the world does not know, because of the Zionist propaganda, is that 70% of Gazan people are refugees from other parts of Palestine that were swallowed by the Zionist state, and they have been living in desperate situation for decades. Moreover, the indigenous Gazans themselves have been under occupation since 1967.

Therefore, what is needed today is to stop the oppression, not to stop the resistance."

Attending rallies and issuing statements of support are important, he wrote, but:

"anyone who can move from expression to action in support the oppressed Gazan people, he or she has to do so.

Allah asks Muslim [sic] to use their own souls and their property in the defence of the oppressed: "And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who being weak are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men women and children whose cry is: Our Lord! rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from Thee one who will protect; and raise for us from Thee one who will help!" (Holy Qu'ran 4:75) (Emphasis original)

An Egyptian reader asked whether it would be considered suicide, against Islamic law, to try forcing open the Rafah Crossing between Gaza and Egypt. Such an effort likely would end in death. But El-Shinqiti said such an action was an obligation:

"It is not only allowed for Egyptians to march out to open Rafah crossing point by force, it is their Islamic obligation. Even if some of them get killed, people of Egypt have no option but to break the siege on Gaza. What would be the response to Allah Almighty if 75 million Muslims of Egypt continue watching the atrocities of Gaza, while they are the only people on earth who can break the siege?"

Women should be a part of the fight, too, he said. "The role of Muslim woman is this crisis in exactly the same like the role of men. The consensus of Muslim scholars is that if Muslims are attacked in this lands, women can join the battlefield if this is applicable," or they should engage in financial and political support.

Previously, El-Shinqiti expressed some fairly open-minded views, including an acknowledgement to the local Lubbock newspaper that he didn't feel comfortable earlier in his career teaching at a strict Wahhabi school in Yemen.

"I am totally against punishing someone for apostasy," he told the newspaper. Forcing others to say they believe a certain way "can only make them hypocrites, but not believers."

However, in past writing, El-Shinqiti has defined "holy war" as something rooted in the Torah and used originally by Jews:

"Thousands of innocent people, including women and children, were indiscriminately slaughtered in order to prepare the ground for the Israelites' entry into the Holy Land. These Israelite wars of extermination were not in any sense justifiable self-defense, but an offensive war at the order of God – a God Who is presented in the Torah as a warrior."

Spencer: Jihadists Calling for Genocide In Your Neighborhood

In Human Events today I discuss the recent pro-jihad rallies worldwide.
The mainstream media has taken little notice, but at rallies in America and Europe this week protesting Israel’s actions in Gaza, protesters have more than once declared how happy they would be if the Jews were simply wiped out once and for all.

Los Angeles: Muslim demonstrators in front of the Israeli Consulate chanted, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” -- a vision that can only be realized by the total destruction of Israel. They waved the flag of the jihad terrorist group Hizballah. To cheers from other demonstrators, some shouted, “Long live Hitler! Put Jews in ovens! Jews are fossil fuel!”

Fort Lauderdale: Leftist and Muslim demonstrators chanted, “Nuke, nuke Israel!” One yelled: “Go back to the ovens! You need a big oven, that’s what you need!”
Toronto: A Muslim protester complained that “Hitler didn’t do a good job.” Another shouted at pro-Israel counter-demonstrators: “Jewish child, you’re gonna f****n die. Hamas is coming for you." Pro-jihad demonstrators berated and threatened those who came out to show support for Israel, saying: “I want the war to continue because I want Hizballah to wipe the state of terrorism [i.e., Israel] off the planet....You’re being wiped off the planet. That’s a promise.” Yet another Muslim demonstrator said of Jews, “You are the brothers of pigs!” -- recalling the Qur’an’s depiction of Jews who disobeyed Allah as being transformed into apes and pigs. London: Muslim protesters, repeatedly shouting “Allahu akbar,” threw traffic cones and sticks at the police and taunted them, calling them cowards, swine and “kuffar” (unbelievers).

Copenhagen: Muslim demonstrators chanted, “Down, down Israel, down, down USA, down, down democracy, down, down Denmark.” One Muslim in the crowd ostentatiously made the Nazi salute. Another shouted, “We want to kill all the Jews, all the Jews should be slain, they have no right to exist!” The crowd repeatedly chanted, “Khaybar, Khaybar, ya Yahoud, jaish Muhammad sawfa yaoud” -- that is, “Khaybar, Khaybar, O Jews, the army of Muhammad will return.” That chant is a reference to a celebrated incident in the life of Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, when he massacred a town full of Jewish farmers. Muhammad led a Muslim force against the Khaybar oasis, which was inhabited by Jews -- many of whom he had previously exiled from Medina.

The Muslims also chanted “Hitler! Heil Hitler! Hitler! Hitler! Hitler!” Demonstrators shouted “We must just kill all those Jews, man! Then we'd be rid of them, man!,” “Death to Israel,” and “Kill the Jews.”

Amsterdam: While Dutch parliamentarian Harry van Bommel of the Socialist Party and other Leftist useful idiots marched in a demonstration calling for an intifada against Israel, the crowd behind them chanted “Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas.”
While not everyone at these rallies expressed genocidal sentiments, it is noteworthy that there is no record of anyone who said these things being rebuked by his fellow demonstrators -- or by the authorities in the various countries where these demonstrations took place. Have American and European authorities rushed to condemn such declarations, and called upon Muslim advocacy groups and leaders to act energetically against the rampant Jew-hatred in Muslim communities in Western countries?

Not exactly. An emblematic incident took place in Duisburg, Germany, when a pro-Israel couple put an Israeli flag in their apartment window, overlooking a 10,000-strong pro-jihad demonstration on the street below. During the demonstration, German police actually broke into the couple’s apartment to remove the flag, explaining that they did so in order to forestall the apartment being broken into by the demonstrators themselves. When a police officer removed the flag from the window, the mob below applauded, cheered, and shouted “Allahu akbar.”

That same shout has echoed through these rallies all over America and Europe in recent days -- the one that Muhammad Atta advised his fellow hijackers to use frequently, since hearing it, he said, struck terror into the hearts of the unbelievers.

Ugly demonstrations have been an unfortunate but recurring feature of public life in America for decades, but open calls for genocide are something new. If American and European officials don’t react quickly now, the next round of demonstrations by the friends and allies of the global Islamic jihad will only be worse.

Exclamation “The Terrorists Are Coming.” ”The Terrorists Are Coming.”

No, they aren’t, they’re already here.

JIHAD IN OHIO….yes, OHIO! Terrorists in the heartland.

The heartland of America is no stranger to radical Islam. There’s a network of Islamic extremism tied to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood right in the heart of Central Ohio.

OHIO hate preacher Sheikh Khalid Yasin justifies terrorism, calls Christian and Jewish beliefs filth, and blames America for 9/11 and the AIDS virus.

OHIO Terror Sheikh Salah Sultan, president of American Center for Islamic Research in Columbus says the 9/11 attacks were planned within the U.S. in order to enable the U.S. to control and terrorize the entire world.

GOODBYE COLUMBUS. Ohio man, accused of helping al Qaeda in plots to bomb vacation resorts popular with Americans and an Ohio mall, using WMDs, pleads guilty to working with terrorists.

NORTH CAROLINA: Hezbollah Terror Cell, said to be more dangerous than al Qaeda, is STILL in operation in Charlotte even though it was first discovered in 2002.

Mohammed Hamoud and his brother were convicted in Charlotte of smuggling cigarettes and funneling the money to Hezbollah. Prosecutors said they were the head of a secret Hezbollah cell. Ken Bell got thirteen guilty pleas, three convictions, and one deportation in the cigarette case. Still the FBI believes Hezbollah has not left Charlotte.

Well, DUH, how about deporting the rest of them, FBI? Sheeeesh.

One out of four U.S. Muslims believes SUICIDE BOMBINGS AGAINST CIVILIANS are OK.

26% of young Muslim-Americans justify suicide bombings

27% of Muslim-Americans refuse to condemn al-Qaeda

60% of Muslim-Americans don’t believe that Arab men had anything to do with 9/11.

There are between 6 - 7 million Muslims in the United States. You do the math.
