Saw the chemmy alcott incident recently (british slalom skier), that was bad enough without doing all those free style jumps etc!! have to say tho those people have got some guts to do it

Skiing is a tough and demanding sport. Its hard to realize just how fast these guys and gals are going unless you have stood close to the course. 70+ miles an hour on two sticks seems alittle nuts to me. I've seen the British ski team here at Mt. Hood Oregon a couple times staying in shape skiing the slopes in spring and summer time.
